Site Superintendent: Previous experience in project site management is a must. Previous experience on slope stabilization work is preferred but not required. Requirements include excellent communication skills, organized, proficient in Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work well with others including fellow employees and owner's representatives. Ability to travel throughout the United States for extended periods of time is a must. Benefits include: Salary based upon qualifications, generous bonus plan. Drillers: Duties and responsibilities include: Operating pneumatic and hydraulic rock drills with top hammers and down the hole hammers, wagon drilling including rope access work. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work on steep slopes in a rope access harness for extended periods of time.  Ability to travel throughout the United States for extended periods of time is a must. Must be reliable, able to take direction from superintendents, and demonstrate safe work habits. Ability to work on other aspects of the project when needed is also required. Benefits include: starting wage at $20 an hour, with the opportunity to work on prevailing wage jobs with wages up to $40 an hour, paid travel expenses, generous bonus plan. Long-term employment benefits include health insurance benefits after 90 days, and paid vacation and holidays after one year of full-time employment.

Rock Scalers: Duties and responsibilities include: Previous rock scaling, SPRAT and/or IRATA certification is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work on steep slopes in a rope access harness for extended periods of time.  Must be reliable, able to take direction from superintendents, and demonstrate safe work habits. Ability to work on other aspects of the project when needed is also required.
